Class Schedule

Each class is 60 minutes and goes through an entire warm up, workout and cool down with one of our highly engaged and trained coaches. Every class can be scaled to fit any fitness level or injury you may have.


Monday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 12:15pm, 4:10pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 12:15pm, 4:10pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 12:15pm, 4:10pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm

Thursday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 12:15pm, 4:10pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 12:15pm, 4:10pm, 5:20pm

Saturday: 8:30am, 9:30am

Sunday: 9am
